1. Exhibitor Procedures:
1. The exhibitor must be a legal production or sales enterprise registered with the relevant competent authority;
2. Exhibitors should fill in the "Application Form for Participation" in detail and affix the official seal, and mail or fax it to the office of the organizing committee;
3. After registration, the exhibitor must remit the relevant fees to the designated account of the organizing committee office within 3 days;
4. The booth arrangement is based on the principle of first-served registration, first-served payment and first-served arrangement, and the organizing committee office has the right to adjust a small number of booths;
5. Exhibit transportation, delegate reception, registration and accommodation will be sent to the Organizing Committee Office 30 days before the conference to send an exhibition brochure for detailed explanation.
2. Exhibitors:
1. Exhibitors are not allowed to sublease or assign all or part of the booth to others, otherwise the organizing committee has the right to take back the booth and the booth fee will not be refunded.
2. Exhibitors must ensure that the exhibited products are within the scope of the exhibition, otherwise the organizing committee has the right to remove the exhibits from the exhibition hall or confiscate them by law enforcement officers on the spot, and take back the booth, and the booth fee will not be refunded.
3. Exhibitors must strictly abide by the on-site regulations of the exhibition and shall not occupy the space outside their booths for display and publicity.
4. In order to maintain a good communication environment, it is recommended that exhibitors do not use audio equipment.
5. Exhibitors are prohibited from dismantling the exhibition in advance, or leaving the booth unattended for any reason.
6. The Organizing Committee has the right to forcibly stop the exhibitor's misconduct in violation of the regulations of the exhibition, and to file a lawsuit for the adverse effects and losses caused by the exhibitor's misconduct, and to claim economic compensation.
7. Exhibitors must strictly abide by the relevant provisions of national laws and regulations on exhibitors.
